Printed stickers have been used for decades as a way for individuals to express themselves, businesses to create a brand identity, and motorists to add humorous or educational notices to their vehicles. Screen printing vinyl stickers have been around since the late 1960s, as a more durable and economical way of producing peelable art thanks to longer production runs. The price of a vinyl printed sticker can vary depending on the intricacy of the design, and the number of colours used, unlike digital printing which follows a less complex method of print.

What are Screen Printed Stickers?
Screen printing is a superb choice if you have a brand logo that you need to really pop, they are suitable for a wide range of purposes and the colour vibrancy that you get from this method is outstanding compared to any other printing method. To achieve such clear vibrancy, each colour is attached to the sticker one by one using a fine mesh screen which is applied to the vinyl, before being printed with a squeegee.
The sticker coating can be applied to fabric, wood, metal, plastic, and even glass, which allows for this to be a really simple, versatile way to add your own stamp to almost any product. These stickers work best with vector art – this style of digital art is built up using simple shapes, paths, strokes, and fill. Any artwork with gradients or shading is not suitable.
The stickers are proven to be the best at UV stability, with minimal fading over time in comparison to cheaper alternatives, this makes for a more cost-effective approach in the long run.
